Refund & Returns

All sales are final, with no refund or exchanges. All Lashgod products are kept in a sterile sanitary environment at perfect temperature and humidity for the best function. Please ensure all your products are ordered correctly, we are only able to make changes to the parcels before they are shipped out, we are not able to accept any product back after it has left our facility! Client safety and product hygiene are our priority.

All items are carefully inspected prior to leaving LASHGOD’s warehouse. Damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and goods must be examined upon receipt and noted on the bill of landing.

Shipping Time

We ship locally from our locations in Canada.

Domestic and international shipping:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or ready for pickup.

International shipping:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LASHGOD INC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In-store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1310 Don Mills Rd, North York, ON M3B 2W6 and 236 Avenue Rd, Toronto, ON M5R 2J4. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8 am -8pm available everyday! Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 1-3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lashgodinquiry@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please note LASHGOD INC is not responsible for the shipment’s progress. Any lost/ damages from the shipment will be resolved by the courier service. Please contact us at lashgodinquiry@gmail.com with your name and order number, we will help you to claim the damages.
