Raq’s All Time favorite lip balm
This balm is unique because it is a “dry balm” meaning its not oily or greasy. It applies matte and is the most hydrating lip balm we’ve ever tried.
It’s unique texture makes it ideal to wear under lip liner or lipstick. You can apply your preferred lip colour on top and it will not budge.
We like this lip balm best for how versatile it is. When you apply before bed you’ll wake up with ultra supple and hydrated lips. Apply it daily under your lip pie to keep you lips hydrated.
Whats incredible about this product is that unlike other lip balms on the market, your lips will not become dependant on it for hydration.
